Our aim is to offer good quality family homes at fair market rent, with long term tenancies to give our tenants security and peace of mind in their rented homes.

We own, rent and maintain all our properties, eliminating the need for a property management company and this means that their costs are not added to rental charges.

We have a team of in house contractors such as electricians and heating and plumbing engineers to maintain our properties along with a selected and trustworthy supply chain of specialists.
